一、Product characteristics/产品特点

KSD9700 thermal protector has the characteristics of small size, insulation, sensitive action and long service life. It is widely used in dual protection of over-heating and over-current of fractional horsepower motors, electrothermal appliances, fluorescent lamp ballasts, transformers, automotive motors, integrated circuits and general electrical equipment.

KSD9700型热保护器具有体积小、外壳绝缘、动作灵敏、寿命长等特点，广泛适用于分马力电机、电热器具、荧光灯镇流器、变压器、汽车马达、集成电路及一般电气设备的过热过流双重保护作用。

1 Performance/性能

1.1 rated current:250V/5A/10A/16A

额定电流:250V/5A/10A/16A

1.2 Rated operating temperature code and reset temperature:

额定动作温度代码及复位温度：

1.1 30 degrees - 180 degrees can be done according to customer requirements.

30度---180度  可以按客户要求做.

1.2 Tensile resistance test: The lead end of the product should be able to withstand tension greater than or equal to 20N, and the conductor should not break or slip out.

抗拉力试验:产品的引线端应能承受大于或等于20N拉力,导线无断裂、滑出。、

1.3  Insulation Voltage:

绝缘电压:

a .The product should be able to withstand AC660V between the lead wires when disconnected for 1 minute without breakdown flashover.

产品在断开时的引线之间应能承受AC660V,历时1min而无击穿闪络现象;

b .The product can withstand AC1800V between the lead and the insulating case, which lasts 1S without breakdown flashover.

产品引线与绝缘外壳之间能承受AC1800V,历时1S而无击穿闪络现象;

1.4 Insulation Resistance: Under normal conditions, the insulation resistance between the lead and the insulation case is over 100 M. (The meter used is DC500V megohm)

绝缘电阻:在正常条件下,引线与绝缘外壳之间的绝缘电阻在100MΩ以上。(所用表计为DC500V兆欧表)

1.5 Contact Resistance: The contact resistance of the product shall not exceed 50 m.

接触电阻:产品的接触电阻应不大于50mΩ。

1.6 High temperature resistance test: The product is placed in the air above the rated operating temperature of 50 degrees Celsius and maintained for 96 hours.

耐高温试验:产品置于高于额定动作温度50℃的空气环境中保持96h。

1.7 Low Temperature Resistance Test: The product is kept in air at - 40 C for 96 hours.

耐低温试验:产品置于-40℃空气环境中保持96h。

1.8 Anti-vibration test: The thermal protector should be able to withstand 1.5 mm amplitude, 10-55 Hz frequency change, 3-5 times/min scanning period, vibration direction X, Y, Z, and continuous vibration for 2 hours in each direction.

抗振试验: 热保护器应能承受振幅1.5mm,频率变化10～55Hz，扫描变化周期3～5次/min，振动方向X、Y、Z，每个方向各连续振动2h。

1.1 Drop test: The product falls freely once from 0.7m height.

跌落试验:产品自0.7m高度自由落下1次。

1.2 Compression test: The product should be able to withstand 100N static pressure for 1min.  

抗压试验:产品应能承受100N静压力1min。

After 3.7, 3.8, 3.9, 3.10 and 3.11 tests, the following conditions should be met:

3.7,3.8,3.9,3.10,3.11项试验后应满足下列条件:

a .The change of breaking temperature should be within the initial value of + 7 C.

断开温度变化应在初期值的+7℃以内;

b .contact resistance should be below 100m_.

接触电阻应在100mΩ以下;

c .Shape should not be deformed obviously.

外形应无明显变形;

d .conductor without cracking damage.

导线无开裂损伤。

2 life expectancy/寿命

2.1 Under the condition of rated voltage, current and power factor of 0.7, the product operates 10000 times by external heating source, which should satisfy the following conditions:

产品在额定电压、电流、功率因数为0.7的条件下,外加热源使其动作10000次,应满足下面条件:

    2.2 The change of disconnection temperature should be within the initial value      of + 5 C.

断开温度变化应在初始值的+5℃以内;

2.3The contact resistance should be below 100m_.

接触电阻应在100mΩ以下;

1 Other matters/其它事项

1.1 The heating rate of disconnection temperature detection should be controlled to 1 C/1 min.

断开温度检测的升温速率应控制为1℃/1min;

1.2 The product can not withstand strong impact and pressure during use.

使用过程中产品不能承受强烈冲击力及压迫力;
